I doubt this is about making the calls, more about getting O2 to supply what the OP thinks they were promised, which is a contract with international calls included, which is not a product they sell.

Some of these sites use methods not approved by O2 to get around the normal call charges, O2 are aware of these and have been known to cancel the accounts of people using them.
