Lost my phone last Thursday. Looked around and put in a claim on Friday. Today, Tuesday, received an email saying it has been passed to insurance investigation team and the will contact me within 3 working days.
Anyone know what is happening and why? It is a regular for it to be passed to insurance investigation because I was told that I would get a replacement device within 1 working day.

The Insurance company do random investigations on claims as they are entitled to do, or they may have reason to believe there is something not right about the claim..
Unfortunately at this point the 1 day replacement is null and void, and you will have to wait for the to come back to you.
