I want to cancel my 30 day rolling contract. I know there are many threads on this already, but they are far too complicated and do not answer my very simple query. I have a 30 day rolling contract and simply want to cancel it. I do not want to PAC, STAC, port or transfer anything, I simply want to cancel my 30 day rolling contract for which I am currently paying £12 a month for. There does not seem to be an option My o2 to do this.

Can anyone give me a simple direction on how to cancel my £12 30 day rolling contract? Thank you.

Only other way is to contact O2.

@GaryG2024 You have to have a contract for a length of time or a Pay & Go tariff. You can't just have a phone number that isn't connected to anything.

I'm aware of that. I was just pointing out that if they cancel without any request they will lose their number.
