Did you buy a Huawei phone?  If so, you have to wait 30 days from the date of purchase and then claim through the Huawei site.

Yes I saw it was  'qualifying purchases between May and June' @jonsie ...however, I couldn't find a more recent one, so @Guinnes91  may have missed out.

I hope @Guinnes91  comes back to confirm when they bought the phone. That would give us the information we need about promotions and if there is one we don't know about which is currently running.

Otherwise they could contact Huewei directly.
