How do I cancel my contract?!

Hi,

I've moved to the Isle of Man, where there is no O2 coverage, so I'd like to cancel my contract. I no longer possess my SIM card, and can't sign into my MyO2 account because I can't receive the code.

I used to be on Virgin Mobile, and was under the impression that I'd already cancelled with them. I see I'm still being billed, however, and I'd rather not continue paying for nothing in return.

Thanks.

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X)  (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Thank you for that; I managed to cancel my contract using the phone number you provided. O2's website was driving me nuts, trying to find what I needed. So, I'm all sorted now!
