Hi Guys 

 

I need to know how can I speak with someone about the PTP. I have been chatting and calling the O2 support and it is the most useless and pathetic service. There is no 2ay to speak with a REAL person. 

 

Can someone help or should I just leave O2 and their disgusting service. 

 

Please help.

Beware, if still within your minimum term there will be a leaving fee

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
