Hi

If I am using data through my mobile phone in Europe (my daily flat fee £1.99), could I use it as a hotspot for wifii on my laptop?

If so how do I do it?

Hope I explained properly...

Thank you

There is no fee anymore for using data in EU. You can use all the data included in your normal UK allowance anywhere in the EU now.
To use your hotspot, you need to turn it on in your phone settings. When it's on it will show you a password. Search for the wireless connection on the device you want to tether and enter the passcode provided by the phone.
Your device is now tethered to your phone and will use your data.

There is no daily flat rate fee in the EU now. O2 Travel was replaced be the new legislation in June 15th meaning you use your UK allowances just as you would at home
