Has something happened to prevent O2 from taking your monthly payment this month, @FQ?
If you do not have a direct debit in place, perhaps your reminder was missed. O2 will cut you off for non-payment, and it can take a few days to get reconnected after they receive your late payment.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
