Hello,
I haven’t received my new Sim card. I have received an email from you saying that the Sim card was on its way a week ago but I haven’t received any communication from Royal Mail and the Sim card hasn’t arrived yet, however I have been billed for the Sim. How do I check what happened? The tracking number that was in the email doesn’t seem to work.
