So I order the S23 Ultra over month ago. I've contacted O2 twice already and been told that the code will arrive. Obviously the code didn't arrive. What to do now? How can I obtain these buds?

No difference contacting them by phone,chat or social media. All I hear is bunch of lies... You will get get in 48h , evertime I contact o2 same answer. Oh sorry we can offer you some credit and the code will arrive in 48h. Useless service

Yup same here, got mine at the end of June and still nothing.
