I have had this error message for many months when clicking on this option.

DASH_ERR04: The account number in the target address is invalid.

Why?

@CPK

Clear cache and cookies and also try incognito mode.

Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Uh oh, not again.

Here's what I used to do to get there @CPK .

I use Edge to get to my bills (I use Chrome day to day) and have the options to clear cache and cookies on exit. A way round this is to use incognito mode which doesn't bring over any cookies from your main usage.

Then enter "accounts.o2.co.uk" in the address bar and hit enter. This may bring up an error (error 500 I think) - if so, remove the "accounts." part and use o2.co.uk instead.

Enter your login details as normal.

Click on the image of a phone - you get taken to another screen where you choose which account you want the bill for.

Now go to view latest bill and download bills as per the guide.

I think what used to happen is that the o2 system didn't realise I wanted the bill for my phone, and so threw an error (even though there is no bill for using o2 WiFi) and doing this made it obvious.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
