Getting this error whenever I try and do anything on O2 (both the app and the website). Have tried different browsers, resetting password, router, incognito, reinstalling app - nothing changes.

Tried contacting support via Live chat but have had nothing but "We're currently busy, please try again later", I'm deaf so calling isn't really much of a possibility either.

Any help is greatly appreciated, at my wits end here.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If you do not have success in contacting O2 by social media, you might wish to review this :-

Accessibility & Vulnerable Customers Policy | O2

https://www.o2.co.uk/access-for-all/accessibility-vulnerable-customers-policy

You will note that there is a link to a "Support Request Form" which will give you a different method of contacting O2.
