Hi I upgraded my phone but on the myo2 app it’s still showing that I need to pay my airtime bill for my old phone. The new tariff etc has updated on my account so I thought the old contract would be cancelled including the old airtime bill. Will I still have to pay this airtime
bil for my old phone despite upgrading early? The payment is due out in a few days.

If you upgraded early you will still have to pay off the old device plan.
This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302

Hi thanks for the reply. I have paid off the device plan in full and my new tariff has updated onto my account but is still showing a payment due for my old airtime bill.

Maybe it's not caught up yet then but you need to check it with O2.
