Received email to say dynsney +has 3 plans, I'm currently on £7.99 plan, but was thinking of cancelling. There is a £4.99 plan which I thought was ok, I clicked on this to change to £4.99, saved the changes and o2 have put me on the £10.99 plan, which i did not ask for, so I am now wanting to cancel all together the dysney+ subscription, but funnily enough there isn't an easy option to cancel. Please help, I will not be paying £10.99 a month when I didn't request it. Trying to find the correct part of the website has been a total pain, and taken up too much of my time already. Not happy.
