Due an upgrade

I am due an upgrade, but every time I click on the "upgrade now" button, it goes onto the next page but gives me no upgrade options. Is there a way to solve this?

I have tried for a few days from the app on my phone, the browser on my phone and browser on my laptop. But I've been having no joy on any of them.
