Direct Debit / Payment Queey

My O2 app is saying my payment is late but I have a direct debit set up with you for payment to be taken out tomorrow (June 26th) every month. Can you clarify this direct debit is set up and I am in fact not overdue on any payments? Thank you in advance for your help with this.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
