Hi I paid my device plan in full yesterday and am having trouble getting an email from o2 confirming it is zero has anyone else had this problem I need this email asap  thankyou

You only get a letter posted out to you once the loan is processed.

Usually arrives within a couple of weeks.

thanks for your reply, I hve been promised an email on 2 occasions confirming balance is zero but the emails are not arriving, I was just looking for advice on how to get them

I've never had an email for such so doubt it's even possible.

Some agents will say anything to get you off the phone.

Check on socials to see if you can have more luck.
