Hi! My device olan has ended in April 2020. But you’re still deducting money from me for the device damage. Can you cancel it for me please? And I want my money back from May and June.

Hi, my device plan has ended - please can you remove the sync charges that you have added on for next months balance seeing as you cannot be contacted and the phone lines keep cutting me off

You need to cancel the insurance, it is not done automatically you can do this over the phone on 0800 587 4005 or via live chat @ https://o2.co.uk/contactus and if an agent is available a pop up will appear.

I doubt they will refund you.

Hi @Zd1 i have no idea what sync charges are, and it may be better to open a new thread.
