I have been trying to contact o2 support for ages now to try and resolve an issue I have paying this months bill on time, the bill is now past due and I still can't pay for around another 2 weeks but I cannot for the life of me get through to any support.
I'd really like to avoid tons of late fees and my service getting interupted but I'm not sure what my options are at this point.
I tried phoning the payment team on 0800 902 0217 but it at the end of the automated section it only gives you an option for urgent fraud issues or stolen phones and says otherwise just use myo2.
I've even tried sending the o2 twitter account a message but I just got hit with a, sorry we're busy check myo2 or the o2 community.
Is there anything else I can try here?
