O2 has sent me text messages and now emails stating 80% of my data allowances have been used. I’ve checked my allowances on the O2 app, and there appears to be a great deal more than 20% of my data allowances remaining. Why am I getting these texts and emails from O2?

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X)  (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Data allowances aren't real time in My O2 and may show different in the app until it updates
