I am trying to setup charge to mobile on an iphone 7 plus, however the only payment method option i get is none or credit/debit card.

How can i set it up so if i buy an app, it would show on my o2 bill.

Hello @Anonymous and all! Just double checked this one with O2, and indeed, Charge to Mobile is not available for Business customer accounts - it only works for Pay Monthly and Pay & Go.

So if i wanted it for the iphone app store, do i have to buy an itunes voucher?

Does it not work so that like if a credit/debit card was setup, so it charges you as and when you make a purchase, as the faqs are not clear.

No, you don’t have to buy a voucher, you just have to register your details to purchase off iTunes so that O2 can confirm you have given permission to charge you for purchases off the store.

Is it possible to list the exact link/steps needed, as when i click on itunes on the page to register it says "Buy £10 - £30 iTunes Code subscription and get 4th month free".

How do i set it up without buying a itunes card or paying every month?

There should be 2 options.
1 is for the subscription
2 is for a one off credit of £10 - £30
If you buy the credit of £10 it will be charged to your mobile bill and the credit will be available on your iTunes account to spend in app store etc.

Apples guide here https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT205102

Note that end of document has no mention of charge to mobile in the uk !

So looks like only the one off voucher code / subscription option not per app basis

I'm still unsure about the part of having to buy a voucher.

Is there no way to set it up without buying any voucher, and doing it so if i buy an app for e.g. £1, it would show a £1 charge on my o2 bill, rather than having to buy credit in advance.

The minimum credit is £10 for iTunes show it will show a £10 charge on your mobile.
The credit of £10 will remain in your iTunes account to be used as required.
