PAC number

Not applicable

I would like my PAC number and close my account so I can open another O2 account in my correct name (O2 has been spelling it incorrectly for 20 yrs). How do I do this?

How to get a pac here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-to-get-your-PAC-2017-Update/ba-p/1052278 but not needed if staying with o2.
Customer service will transfer your number for you if you take a new contract and call them on 202.
Might be easier to just raise a complaint and get them to correct your name though

Would be easier just to call them up and ask them to correct your name, unless there is a better deal that you want to take out

@Anonymous Much easier to get them to do a name change as no credit checks etc . Just ensure you have all proof of your correct name so you can send copies to o2 to get the error rectified .
