Friends and Family discout not applied

Hi
I cannot see any friends and family discount has been applied towards my Tariff
And there was £10 added towards my account on 4th Nov by your O2 customer service which I can’t see in my profile.

Yes, I have received the message 08th November at 09:25am by O2 UK.

They says     "O2 Friends and Family: Great news! We have added a friends and family discount to [xxx]"

If you look in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 you should see it as a bolt on under your tariff and bolt ons section.
