Dreaded 202 number nonsense.

I'm coming up on the final payment of two devices. I'm told that the respective sims for these devices will continue to operate and I'll be charged for them. Why is it so difficult to get these cancelled?

I've called 202 twice now and waited up to 30 mins before giving up.

Is there an easier way to do this? It really should be an option on the app.

The Airtime contract rolls on, as per the terms and conditions you signed on joining o2.

You need to speak to o2 on 202 and cancel them once the final payments have been made and they will cancel them for you.

The guide below will help as well.
