Hello,
I need an urgent help from you guys. I cancelled my contract in Germany, in February 2023. Then I moved to the UK. When I cancelled, I filled a form and sent them a proof of residence (from the UK) so they could cancel it and then I received a confirmation of cancellation. But unfortunately I'm being charged until these days and the only way to contact them is calling, and I can not do it from the UK, I do not manage to.
Please I ask you help and support on this as I have all emails/ PDFs confirming my contract is ended.

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
