Cancel my 2 year contract

Please can someone help me out? I have tried and tried to cancel my contract and I cannot get through to anyone!? 

I tried to cancel back in July and was told I had to wait until the 2 year contract was finished, it has of now and yet i am still receiving e-mails saying my bill is due next month. There is no one online and no e-mail to write to. I am not in the U.K anymore and finding this is all on purpose to create more stress and more money. 

 

Please could someone give me an e-mail to speak with someone and have this finished for good.

If you really are hitting a brick wall with other contact methods there is a complaint email address you could use

Unfortunately your contract continues to roll over month on month until you give notice to end it. Persevere calling 202 and choose the option to leave O2.
