I'm having a nightmare trying to get through to O2. Aura and the chatbot don't work or operators are all busy. The number 0344 809 0202 won't accept either of my product phone numbers when I try to enter them.
Any way of getting through to a human being? There's no email address given on the website - just a postal one.
They're making this really hard.
All I want to do is cancel my mobile broadband (because I've left the UK) but not my main mobile phone account.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202
If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402
