Can't buy in app Purchases

I used to be able to buy in app Purchases now it says keeps saying "payment unsuccessfully sorry can't use this service for more infomation call 220 if your on pay monthly or 4450 if your on pay as go"

220 does not work when I ring it. Can anyone help please.

202 is the number you need to call.
It sounds like charge to mobile is blocked on your account.

Yeah one of mine mysteriously stopped allowing charge to mobile...
I think it was the same one they "temporarily blocked" because I stuck a full psn game on it haha

It's about time that some of these account options were included in your MyO2.
I know we've asked before but giffgaff and Vodafone both do it so it can't be that difficult to implement.
Would deflect one hell of a lot of calls away from customer services too.
