I have two o2 numbers. One is contract and one is Pay as you go. Most of my customers have the Pay & Go number. When they ring the Pay & Go number I want to pick it up on my contract phone. Can this be done.

No sorry, it's not possible to call forward from a PAYG number.

Why not migrate the PAYG number to the contract phone?

I struggle to understand the need for an app which only really replicates what any phone will do with a contract sim in it.
I also doubt any app will circumvent the network restriction imposed on PAYG sims.

Like I said, any app would have to circumvent the network restriction first.

So of no use then. Ah well the OP will need to go pay monthly then or carry on using two phones. Maybe a dual sim phone as I'm using would be the best option of all.

Yes, it would save carrying 2 phones around if that is the issue they are trying to overcome.
