I’m struggling to pay my bill right now do o2 block your phone if you don’t pay on time and set up a payment plan I’m obviously going to pay it but I’ve lost my job due to my health so struggling for money at the minute

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I’m going to do that Tomorrow was just wondering would they block my phone as I’ve got them on 02 aswell if they can’t sort anything out for me so I can put another SIM card in

No, they don't block the phone, just your sim, but they will bill you for the full amount of the phone if they cancel your contract.

If you're on a payment plan, your sim will be restricted until you clear the bill.

Provided you keep paying the device plan, the phone will stay active but if you stop paying it (or the agreed repayment terms) they will just cancel that account and bill you the full amount.

If you have other accounts that re still being paid for normally, they will not be effected.
