Hi all not sure if anyone can help. Seemed to be having some billing issues and the money wasnt taken out of my account. I Got a notice in app saying pay withon 5 days or face charges. I went on the app and paid the balance. But the alert is still showing that its unpaid and it has been for last 2 days and when i check my bank statement online it has came out. Any Advice. I have tried the app to contact someone dont want to waste a spot and my time in a phone call.

Try 0800 587 4005 first. It has a high success rate of getting connected to an advisor.
