Been told i cant reduce my contract

Hello, im on a galaxy s3 which i got on 2nd sept last yr, when i bought it i was told that after 12months i can drop my tarrif down 1 level, but when i spoke to some one to day they said no i have to wait the full 2 years. Is this the same for anyone else. i pay 37.50 a month and i hardly even call anyone lol.

all tariffs after march 2012 you cannot downgrade see the t&c section at the foot of the page

Do you have any bolt ons you could cancel to reduce costs ?

Even though you won't be allowed to downgrade your tariff perhaps speak to 02 on 202 to see if they can move your tariff around to increase certain allowances and reduce others.
