This is absolutely doing my head in -
if you want to add the International Favourites bolt on,
the website happily takes your money, then when you try and put the numbers in
it LOOPS... sending code after code.. reading back other entries, this has been going on
for months..
As a computer programmer I can see what's happening...
Do O2 not give a toss about this or are they literally employing idiots to upkeep their website???????????

However, if you would like to report a problem with the issue that you're having, namely the International Bolt-ons function, then you can report issues with the website here:

However as already mentioned above, this has been reported on here numerous times and still hasn't been fixed

The problems with the International favourites web pages have been reported many times on here over the last couple of years and been passed to the web team. As yet they seem to have made no attmpt to rectify the issues. It really isn't good enough.

Sadly this has been an ongoing campaign for a few of us since 2008 to get this site working efficiently, last year we had this promise from the Sales Director that they would sort it out:
