So 02 sell / advertise a product that none of their customer service know about NOR do they know HOW to register your phone number to the boost box. On the 02 website they also give you no option to purchase it! Having found a way to purchase one and set it up - NOW I can't find a way to register number to the boost box for it to work. The phone number they suggest you call goes nowhere. Has anyone had any luck in connecting / registering their number?

@MikkiL

They are only available to business customers and there is a legacy team that deals with them.

Not sure how to contact them other than going through customer services and asking to be transferred.

Most people use wifi calling these days.

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

They are  3G anyway. I doubt they will be supported in any shape or form when O2 switch off 3G this year. If they are it will be a strange anomaly

I don't think they are sold anymore whatever web pages may say

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Depends whether O2 are willing to keep the core network elements running, which may have cost implications.
