Am unable to send text messages from my note 9.

I have tried every suggestions found on previous community post. Cleared cache and data. Downloaded and tried Google message app. Called O2 so many times. Still nothing works. The sim won't even send message from another handset

Check out this thread, particularly the bit about setting the Message Service Center number on your phone. Also make sure you are using the right type of SIM, either a PAYG or a Contract SIM, for the service you have from O2 (SIMs for each type of service are configured differently), @Willy - good luck!
