I pay for 3 phone contracts through O2. Mine plus my daughter and son. My daughter and I have always been with O2. However I took my son’s contract out with Virgin Media. His contact was moved to O2 and I now pay all 3 Direct Debits to O2. Since I no longer have an account with Virgin Media I’d like to add my son’s mobile number to my O2 account - however, when I try to add it - a text is being sent to my son’s phone - and not to mine. How can I arrange to have it added?

Unfortunately, you won't be able to do that just yet. O2 are moving all clients to a new billing system and until everyone is on a 360 account, they have put a stop to adding extra products to a main account.

No idea, I'm afraid. They appear to be dealing with VM customers first, then new O2 customers, then the rest of us. (I'm still on the old legacy billing system)
You could contact O2 though I doubt anyone knows for certain.
