I was promised a £6.00 refund on my bill when I was charged for Premium Text Messages. I was told two bills ago I would receive this, but as of today it has still not come off my bill. I was even told by one of your representatives that this months bill would be £18.22 but it wasn't. Can you help me please - I cannot afford to lose £6.00.
