Hello there
I have an iPhone 4, and switched to a SIM only tariff recently. Since then I've been unable to access the internet via 3G, only via wifi. I have the same data allowance as before so I'm confused. Do I need to change settings on my phone or on the account>

ring 202 and get them to swap data for iphone data no extra cost it should work.
If not you need to change the apns from idata to mobile.o2.co.uk
We see this alot when people swap to simplicity.
You may even be able to do it your self in myo2 (but as a business customer cannot confirm that)
