Hi. Got the Fold 4 just before Xmas and it came with the £250 guarantee trade in, so we filled out the details of the old phone whilst upgrading to the fold, and we have no reference or address to send the old phone. Is it just our order reference number? Haven’t traded in before so not sure where and how we should be sending it. Thanks

No. I followed the link I was given above, and where it asks for the IMEI number for the device we’re trading, it just won’t accept it. It’s definitely the right IMEI number as we did a basic check on it, but the o2 recycle won’t accept it.

I did the same but did the trade in after the new one came

Use the fold 4 order number as a voucher code on O2 recycle site.

Funny thing though, I sent it, was delivered next day but still heard nothing over a week later

@Terri111

Dial *#06# to display your IMEI.

If you are given 2 IMEI numbers, use the first one.

Sorry for being so needy. So the IMEI has been accepted, when I go through the process it says to add the order number as the promo code to claim the extra £250. I have used the code started in ms-1******* and it says it’s invalid, and I cannot see how I can rectify that problem. They’re not making it easy are they?
We’ve had the new phone for more than 2 weeks, so it’s all up and running, so the order number should be live. Not sure what to do as nobody ever answers the phone. Thanks

It won’t accept my order number as the promo code. Not sure what I’m supposed to do now, as no option to add notes.
