02 legacy team number disconnected

Used to use 0800 902 0217 to get through to legacy as I have a complaint with o2. With ombudsman was told they would have maintaince till today however tried now says that number is closed .is there a new number for legacy team or someone that can look into my issue

0808 281 6956 (Monday - Friday 10am to 7pm), free from your O2 mobile.

Or on 202 or dial 0344 809 0202.

 The number was still in use in June? Anyway you can now ring 202 or 0344 809 0202.

Even when agents transfer it just cuts off even they were unsure how to help as they can't access legacy system

Same problem here but not surprising considering O2s complete incompetence with everything they do. Will just go as another example of it when I inevitably end up with them in court

Happens fairly often @Sarah68 but as customers our hands are tied.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
