so I am unable to use my phone for 4 days and 02 offer me £3.73 for not being able to call or use the internet
when I call customer service it takes 30 minutes for anyone to even pick up
today the wait time was 45 minutes
I try to use the online chat not only do you have to wait for someone to come on that I might as well have saved 40 minutes doing something else
I will not be renewing my contract with 02 they cost more than most networks, the coverage is bad and clearly they don't care about customers as it is ridiculous to have wait times that long

Its a joke, im on hold on the phone and chat it2 1107, its been this way since 9:30. I was phoning to upgrade, but seeing as I am out of contract its definatley a cancel.
