Hello,
I have recently ordered a new SIM card with O2 as I am planning to switch my phone number from Vodafone to O2... however when I insert the new SIM I will get a message saying "sim network pin blocked. Enter sim network PUK"
I have tried to put the PUK from Vodafone, also have tried with the NUC, nothing seems to work.
Anyone could help with this? How do I get the PUK from o2? I have tried calling Customer Service but would not go too far on this issue. I appreciate any help.
Thanks

@hugoev90 See this: Unblock your mobile device | Phones sims and devices | Help | O2
If you're still having difficulty, you can reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Thanks for the quick reply Bambino.
I have tried that page as requested however
"We can't find a PUK code for this mobile number. We can only give PUK codes to O2 customers. If you are an O2 customer, check your number and try again."
Apparently I am not yet a O2 customer (I guess I need to unlock my phone and top up my Sim) so I would appreciate if anyone else could guide me through this.
Thanks again

Phone is hardlocked so you need a master reset code.
@lewys-gp @RafaC or @Martin-O2 can help you.
