hi, I am a new customer just signed up for the £10/month rolling plan. Very hard to get support, 4445 said go to shop as they don't deal with rolling plans, just been to shop and they said call 4445. Does no one at 02 want to talk to me and help me understand my new bill etc. Also hard to complain!? Any advice gratefully received.

Your balance is zero because the credit was use to give you allowances.

Pay As You Go: Introducing "Rolling Plans"
To stop the notifications call 4445 and ask to have balance notifications turned off.
