credit been used as a big bundle and i just wanted a credit package

Hi does anyone know how i change my credit i topped up back to credit and not a big bundle?

O2 only do Big bundles for PAYG. If you have an issue with your account you need to contact them.

Give O2 a call on 4445 or 0344 809 0222.
