I topped up with a £30 payment and it seems this was used to purchase a Bundle, which I never activated, because I didn't ask for it or know about it. I'm now back to £0 balance with nothing to show for it. Also, it looks like every time my account has £30 in it, it'll be used to resurrect the Bundle. I don't even know what a Bundle is!
You can only get a big bundle from O2 now on PAYG.
If you want classic PAYG look at Tesco Mobile, giffgaff or 1pMobile.

same, my 15gbp dissappeared and i lost mobile internet. i looked at my account and my credit has been used for a bundle...whats a bundle and how did i get it?
