Hi, I've just received a new payg SIM. It came with some free data etc. but you have to top up £10 to get it. I topped up the £10 but my balance is still saying zero. I did it about 14hrs ago. I got a text message saying you've topped up and have the big bundle but it's not showing on my account. Does anyone know what might have happened?
