Bought a sim last year for my running phone.

 

Trying to see if I need to buy more credit above the £10, originally paid, as I have a note on the phone it can only be emergency calls I can make.

 

Also O2 system does not recognise the number bought at the local town shop (closed at presentdue to Covid19).

 

All constructive comments would be appreciated.

The number is cut off after 6 months of inactivity.
