I tried to add the rolling plan but when asked for payment it doesn't accept my card. I manager only to top up my balance,but then don't know how to switch to a rolling plan.

You can't use your balance as a rolling plan requires a card payment each month.
Call O2 on 4445 to set up the direct debit.

It doesn't work.
My balance is
when i try to choose the rolling plan it askes me to pay again but doesnt even accept the card( same card which i used to top up)

Just be to be clear when you call they will want your card details, to setup a Continuous Payment Authority, it is not a Direct Debit that requires a contract.
