How do I remove the big bundle off my phone and just use standard rates?

You can't with O2.

You will need to use a different network such as Tesco, giffgaff or 1pMobile

You can't @Afiya, o2 only offer big bundles now.
If you want a traditional pay as you go then you need to look elsewhere - GiffGaff, Asda and 1p mobile are some options.
