Login to your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and go to change your tariff.
You can choose one of the big bundle options from there which will give you a monthly allowance of calls, texts and data for use in the UK and EU.

I'm not sure how you get bills. Did you have a contract previously?
You can't just put a P&G sim in to end the contract if you have one.
